I am a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader within the International Centre for Policing and Security. Responsible for the delivery of on campus and flexible learning pathways at under and post graduate level and student well-being and progression.

I have considerable experience as an Academic having taught within the Compulsory, Further and Higher Education sectors and am currently a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. My Higher Education career began at the University of Wales, Newport before moving to Treforest in 2014; where I am a trained staff teaching mentor and regularly mentor new and existing staff for PGCE qualifications and Fellow and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy applications.
Outside of my teaching responsibilities, I am a Course Leader, as such I am responsible for monitoring student engagement, course curriculum development and QAA. I am also responsible for the school’s community outreach programme, partner college and franchise management.
