Michael has spent over 30 years in the Aircraft Maintenance Industry. He has been involved in On The Job Training since 1995.
Michael’s main focus is Human Factors and its effect on Aircraft Maintenance.
Recently qualified as a Human Factor Trainer, Michael can deliver Human Factors training to industry.
Five years as a Flight Systems Technician with the Royal Air Force, including supervision of both Military and Civilian Personnel.
Twenty Five Years serving with BAE Systems training the Royal Saudi Air Force in Flight Guidance Systems on the Tornado IDS and ADV variants. This was carried out in the classroom and via on the job training (OJT) in the workshop.
Module Leader for Managing Human Factors in the BSc (Hons) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
Module Leader for Human Factor Analysis in the BSc (Hons) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Top-Up.
