Rosemary Eaton joined the accountancy team at Newport Business School in September 2008. She teaches across the professional accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA and CIMA) and also on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Her main subject areas are financial/corporate reporting and corporate finance. Rosemary is Course Leader for the MSc Accounting at City Campus and a year tutor on professional accounting courses. She is currently studying for an MPhil at the University of Winchester.
Rosemary is a former student and prior to returning as a member of staff worked as the Finance Director for a publishing company. Rosemary is able to use the wide range of experience gained of the issues faced in the SME environment to enhance her teaching.
Away from work Rosemary is a trustee for the National Schools Symphony Orchestra and enjoys walking and gardening.
