Lise is an experienced Employability Adviser and Lecturer in Youth and Community Work at University of South Wales (USW). Lise previously held the role of Senior Lecturer Community Development. As a practitioner Lise is experienced in coaching, mentoring, youth work, community development, sustainable communities, work-based learning, adult and lifelong learning, and curriculum leadership.
Lise has presented at conferences exploring equality, inclusivity, and employability. Lise is an alumni of USW, University of Glamorgan and Horsens Tekniske Skole (Denmark), with an MSc in Community Regeneration, PgDip Youth and Community Work (Initial Qualifying), JNC qualified, and a Fellow of HEA.
