About

Charlotte completed her BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science in Cardiff, before moving on to complete her MSc within the same discipline. From that Charlotte took a Lecturing post at University of Worcester where she led the delivery of the Biomechanics discipline. She subsequently moved to work at the Professional Golfers’ Association, managing the sports science element of the national training provision, based at The Belfry. During this period Charlotte was appointed as an Honorary Lecturer with the University of Birmingham. After moving back to Wales in 2006, Charlotte took up her post as a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Sports Studies at the University of Wales, Newport, based on the Caerleon Campus. In 2008-9 Charlotte began working on her PhD looking into long-term athlete development.

Currently in third year of study of PhD at University of Worcester.
