I have since achieved a PGCE (PCET) from Cardiff University, and subsequently taught English for Essential Skills, GCSE, A Level and Undergraduate courses. I am currently studying PhD in Creative Writing and have research interests in the following:

• Queer Theory
• Queer History
• Postmillennial Cardiff and Rural Wales
I have been working at the University of South Wales, as a Specialist Study Skills Tutor, since September 2014 and was appointed to a full time post in 2017. I greatly enjoy working with individual learners, from a wide range of USW courses, to adapt their approach to learning to suit their individual needs through one to one tutorial sessions, which are confidential and bespoke.
