Cabot Carbon Ltd: Production Manager, from build / commissioning. Then responsible for all Process Engineering.
Finally responsible for control systems, safety shutdown systems eventually all IT. Ran Hydrogen Production Plant from Steam reforming of Natural Gas with compression to storage. Used by-product H2 from partner company in addition to this.
Consultant working in control & safety systems, process design and various regulatory work: Included projects on H2 production, fumed silica production & associated plant, some with the water industry on anaerobic digestion & sewage sludge drying processes, and some work in the steel industry on Coke Oven Gas installations.
