A journalist, editor and TV producer, Nina has worked for Trinity Mirror (Head of Magazine Content), ITV (Producer), National Geographic (Digital Content Producer) and a number of independent television production companies in London and Wales (Producer; Development Researcher).
For a number of happy and fattening years, she was an associate producer on a number of live and prerecorded ITV cookery shows, working with chefs like Antony Worrall Thompson, Mary Berry, Keith Floyd and Gino D’Acampo, and leading the digital team behind the accompanying website.
At USW, Nina works in the Digital Marketing team, producing quality digital content that tells the stories of staff, students and alumni, mostly (but not exclusively) for the Faculty of Life Sciences and Education and the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Science.
Content includes videos, interviews and features for the University’s website and social media channels. She is also the lead for videos produced with external companies.

Nina is a volunteer with the Royal Voluntary Service, supporting isolated older people in the community; a Dementia Friend; a member of the University’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Group and a Time to Change Employee Champion.
