Iz has worked at the University of South Wales since September 2004.
Iz also volunteers as Digital Media Volunteer, and Volunteer Manager, for the Muni Arts Centre in Pontypridd, and freelances for a number of UK festivals and sequential art shows as events manager / FOH manager / panel programmer.
After beginning her administrative career in Cardiff with the MAFF, and then the NHS, a move to Southampton in 1997 introduced Iz to working in HEIs. She worked in the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise at Southampton University in a variety of roles over three years, including Administrator, Funding Adviser, Intellectual Property Manager and finally, Office Manager and PA to the Director. In 2001 Iz became Office Manager & PA to the Head of the Innovation & Enterprise Support Unit at London Metropolitan University where she worked for three years until returning to Wales to get married. Iz has been working for the University of South Wales since September 2004.
