I am an MRes student researcher funded by the KESS program which is part of the European Union grant designed to enhance socioeconomically deprived communities. My area of research is the effectiveness of Motivational Interviewing as an intervention for people with hoarding behaviour. As part of my research I am working with United Welsh Housing Association Ltd. and their residents.
Previous to my role at the university I worked for a mental health charity in a variety of roles for the last 4 years. Before this I was a Community Researcher and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the University of Wales, Newport.
