Rachel is a Health & Wellbeing Graduate Intern within Student Services department at the University of South Wales. Her role involves reviewing and delivering an integrated (staff and student) programme of activities to support wellbeing and galvanise engagement with the development of a University Wide Wellbeing Strategy based on the UUK #Stepchange framework.
Rachel has previous experience working as an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapist with children diagnosed with Autism. She has also worked as a Social Media & Customer Service officer at KFIT Malaysia before pursuing her postgraduate education in United Kingdom.
Throughout her postgraduate education in UK, Rachel has gained practical experience as she worked across a range of settings such as a private academic service centre, special needs clinic and a mainstream primary school, under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Her responsibilities include designing, delivering, reviewing and facilitating ABA based assessment, intervention and programme for her clients.
