Richie has worked in a variety of roles in the arts, higher education and the public sector specialising in innovation, business development, evaluation, equality and diversity.
He has recently joined the University of South Wales to establish the first business startup incubator based at their Cardiff Campus.
Richie is also a lecturer for the MA Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, an external assessor for BBC Children In Need, and undertakes numerous freelance roles – currently fundraising for Wales PEN Cymru.
