Football Coaching Consultant specifically supporting on modules and residential teaching on the MSc Football Coaching & Performance course whilst supporting the application of Coaching knowledge and skills through a series of masterclasses, seminars and workshop with undergraduate students following the BSc Football Coaching & Performance pathway.
Most recently worked as Assistant Manager at Middlesbrough FC, previously worked as Manager, Assistant Manager and Head of Coaching at Swansea City FC, developed the player development methodology, aligned the clubs philosophy from 1st team to U9s and led the clubs successful project that resulted in gaining Category 1 status in 2015.
Previously worked as a coach educator, National youth team coach, and principal lecturer.
Suppported and mentored many current Managers on their pathway and journey into the professional game.
Currently also provide consultancy support to the FAW Trust on the A & Pro Licence course and to the Premier League on their Elite Heads of Coaching programme.
